Faster, better, cheaper

Our special SIP construction method is the future of construction for homes and low-rise commercial buildings. You may already know all of the benefits of SIP construction:
Strength- SIPs are stronger than older technology systems like timber framing. They can be more resistant to wind and seismic forces.
Energy efficiency- SIPs are energy efficient and offer good thermal insulation. They can reduce energy bills by 50–60%, or more!
Speed- SIPs can be constructed much faster than with traditional framing. This can lower initial costs.
Sustainability-nSIPs are one of the most airtight and well-insulated building systems available. They are also sustainable because they save time on the construction site.
Design flexibility- SIPs enable the creation of buildings with almost endless design possibilities. Complicated shapes can be produced economically.
Other benefits of SIP construction include:
Quieter
Less drafts
Fewer penetrations for noise
More comfortable and controllable indoor environment
Ideal choice for areas prone to severe weather conditions

These are factory built SIP panels done "the old way." Our new way produces an air-tight structure, with all of the benefits of SIP construction, much faster and without a factory.
If you've heard of Hardi-board, then you're already familiar with fiber-reinforced cement. Ours is stronger and mixed onsite, applied to the walls to form a rock-hard exoskeleton of your house!
Like a Rock....
Wood Sucks!
labor costs
managing framers and building crew is a headache on a good day
builders are resistant to new ideas
Alcohol, drugs, and personal issues are rampant in construction crews
Too many contractors/sub-contractors
Long building times, delays are common.
Mold, termites, rot, moisture
Poor Indoor Air quality
Wood mold causes brain damage
Cost of stick built now higher especially since COVID.
Poor thermal efficiency and overall poor performance of the house overall. Great for HVAC and power companies, but bad for your pocketbook!
More expensive to build a Net Zero or Passive house with wood because of its poor performance energy-wise.
Thermal bridging is wood's efficiency downfall

This picture was taken by an infrared camera, to see what your eyes can't see. See the yellow lines? That's called "thermal bridging" by the wood, stealing money from you with a higher energy bill. This is a "well insulated house" (insulation between the wood studs), but the wood itself defeats it with thermal bridging. SIP construction eliminates this problem

This man had mold spreading in his brain from exposure to a piece of molded wood, almost killing him.

Notice the Hazmat suit and gas mask? This is standard protocol when dealing with mold removal. And mold loves wood and wood products.

Look at the mold found growing inside the walls of this house. Their kid was coughing all the time and they couldn't figure out why!

This person was coughing up blood before she discovered her lungs were infected with mold from her house. The middle shape is her heart. See the cloudy thing on the left? That's mold!

Drugs and alcohol are a rampant in the construction industry. In fact, many framing crews are built with the "least addicted" guys a contractor can find! Ask around and learn the truth! You want these guys on your job for the least amount of time possible! With our construction system, you only need days instead of months to build.

This is what it looks like when termites have been eating the wood of your house. They start popping up in places like window-sills. And every summer they fly around looking around for new wood to eat!

See for yourself with your own phone! Download an Infrared camera app on your phone and scan your house on a cold night or hot day. See those dark lines? It looks like an x-ray...and it shouldn't! That's what money leaving your wallet looks like! More strain on your HVAC system because it's always on!
